A Blessing for the Smallest Light

For the days when hope feels too small to hold.

A glowing lantern overlooks a misty watercolor valley as warm sunlight breaks through the clouds.

May hope come to you gently, without asking you to pretend that today is easy.

May it arrive as something small enough to notice: a warm cup between your hands, a familiar voice, a little color at the edge of the window.

May you be allowed to receive a moment of comfort without having to promise that everything will turn out a certain way.

If all you can manage is to let someone sit beside you, may that be enough. If all you can see is the next small thing, may there be room to take only that step.

May you remember that hope can be quiet. It can sit beside uncertainty and still keep you company.

And on the days you cannot find it for yourself, may someone leave a little light on until you are ready to look again.

With love, Casey
